Pine Avenue Apartments & Townhomes includes 23 three-bedroom affordable residences located in the West Grand Neighborhood. This community offers in-residence laundry, a community garden, community space for residents, barrier free options available, and on-site parking.

In an added effort to serve families who already call the west side home Dwelling Place created a preference for families with children enrolled in the Challenge Scholars program. Working alongside the Grand Rapids Community Foundation and Grand Rapids Public Schools we are working to ensure these families can keep their children enrolled in this beneficial program that will result in free college tuition and wrap around services for their post-secondary education.

There are two ways to apply to Pine Avenue Apartments & Townhomes, including the application process for affordable housing and the referral-based application process for individuals who need to obtain a Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) Project Based Vouchers.
